Fully Managed Letting Service

Full management means the landlord's only involvement is approving spend above an agreed limit. Everything else — compliance, rent, repairs, tenancy events — sits with us.

London letting agent fees in context

London full management typically runs between 10% and 15% of rent including VAT, with let-only quoted as a percentage of the first year's rent or a fixed sum. Anything materially cheaper usually excludes compliance management or bills maintenance coordination separately.

Our fee is one percentage with no renewal fee, no inspection fee and no charge for serving notices. Contractor commission is disclosed.

    Frequently asked questions

How much is a fully managed letting service in London?

Typically 10% to 15% of the monthly rent including VAT. We quote a single inclusive percentage and confirm in writing that renewals, inspections and notices carry no extra fee.

Can I switch to you mid-tenancy?

Yes. We take over the tenancy, deposit and compliance records from your current agent and give you a written gap list within the first two weeks.

    Who holds the deposit?

The deposit is registered in a government-approved scheme within 30 days and the prescribed information served on the tenant. We handle the end-of-tenancy adjudication if there is a dispute.
